Description:

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin pesat menyebabkan perubahan signifikan terhadap kehidupan masyarakat terutama dalam hal berkomunikasi. Kebutuhan masyarakat di era globalisasi ini dalam bentuk smartphone menjadi tinggi karena teknologi yang terus mengalami perkembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Image, Brand Experience, Brand Trust, dan Brand Satisfaction terhadap Brand Loyalty smartphone Iphone. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang diteliti adalah seluruh orang yang membeli dan menggunakan smarphone Iphone. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 195 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) Lisrel. berdasarkan hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa Brand Trust dapat dipengaruhi oleh Brand Image dan Brand Experience, kembudian Brand Satisfaction terbukti dapat dipengaruhi oleh Brand Image dan Brand Experience, selain itu diketahui bahwa Brand Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Loyalty
